Bram Stoker's Dracula
[wh]
Vampire enthusiasts say this is a "real gem" for "few people who can't" differentiate "two HOURS" of "pointless", "bad accent" "sucking" from "getting dusty" in the "swimsuit area"; champions claim: "Only 'two words' are necessary to describe this 'gone terribly wrong' exercise: '2 years'"
Two words: bad accent.
A real gem of an idea: let's get together a few people who can't act (including a typically mediocre Ryder), only two who can (our boy, plus Sir Anthony), put them in some period costumes and have them run around for more than two HOURS sucking each other's blood. Nasty, violent, and pointless. Watch for: Keanu getting tag-teamed by three girls, or four--do conjoined twins (in this case conjoined in the swimsuit area) count as one or two girls? I'm never sure.
2 years! This movie lasts 2 years! For how little this sense this "film" makes, it could have been adapted from any book (very loosely adapted) where a major plot device is Keanu's hair getting dusty. Despite what you may hear from others, accents are not the problem. At least not the biggest problem. Could be the usage of the same special effects from "Babes in Toyland." So many things seem to have gone terribly wrong with this. Have no idea where to start, so I won't.
